Commission becomes available after a hold period. You can ask for a payout once you reach the minimum; below it, your account manager pays what you have earned after the end of the month. The exact hold and minimum are in the terms you see when you apply.
Cherly is a phone app, so your code does the work: your link shows your code and the store buttons, and new members enter it in the app when they sign up or from the plans screen.
