Delete your account

The fastest way is inside the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it immediately — there is no recovery.

Lost access to the app?

Email privacy@cherly.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• · Your login and profile
• · Everything you created in the app
• · Your device and analytics identifiers

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — cancel them in your device's subscription settings, deleting the account does not stop billing.
