Delete your account

Delete account inside the app

The fastest way is inside the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it immediately — there is no recovery, and no waiting period.

Lost access to the app?

Email privacy@cherly.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile
• Everything you created in the app — photos, closet, outfits, your avatar and try-ons, journal, events, polls and lookbooks
• Your device and analytics identifiers

Delete some of your data

You can keep your account and delete just part of your data, any time, inside the app:

• A piece of clothing: open it in your closet and tap Delete
• A planned outfit: remove it from the day in your calendar
• Synced calendar events: Settings → Calendar sync → turn it off

For anything else, such as outfits, your avatar and try-ons, or photos, email privacy@cherly.app from the address on the account and say what you want deleted. We will do it within 30 days.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting the account does not stop billing — cancel from your device's subscription settings first.
